Create your account, sign in and open your client workspace.
Before you begin
- Sign in, Create an account and Forgot password open the studio forms on studio.olympe-ai.fr. Use an individual email address whose inbox you can access.
- Choose a unique password with at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number. If your account uses an authenticator app, keep it nearby.
Step by step

Create and verify your account
Choose Create an account, enter your first name, last name and email, then your password. Enter the email confirmation code. This verifies your address; it does not sign you in automatically.

Sign in to your workspace
Enter your email and password on Sign in. Complete the requested security codes: your authenticator app if enabled, followed by the email code. Once a session is established, the studio opens your client workspace.

Recover a forgotten password
Choose Forgot password and enter your email. The confirmation stays the same whether an account exists or not. The link you receive lets you choose a new password in the studio.
Practical example
Prepare an individual address for each member. A future shared inbox should not become a shared account or password.
Review checklist
- The chosen address belongs to you and remains accessible.
- Each member has an individual identity.
- No password or secret code is included in a contact request.
Troubleshooting
I have not received confirmation
Check your email address and spam folder. Wait for the displayed delay before requesting another code. Use the most recent code and avoid repeated requests.
I received an unexpected link
Do not share codes or passwords. Verify the request’s origin before following the link.
