Video infrastructure in France
Olympe states that its principal video processing runs on OVHcloud in France. Contracts and the subprocessor list must substantiate the exact scope.

Verifiable security
Traffic encryption, individual access, logging and restoration must be reviewed and tested in the production environment.

No training by default
No customer content is used by default to train or improve a general model. Any separate programme requires its own framework.

Documented retention
Every store — project, export, trash, log or backup — must follow a numbered period and a deletion process that is actually tested.
