3.1. Website elements
All elements making up the Website (structure, texts, logos, the "Olympe AI" brand, interfaces, graphics, illustrations, source code, databases) are the exclusive property of Olympe AI or used under licence, and are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Olympe AI, under penalty of infringement (Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Note: the "Olympe AI" trademark is not, as of today, registered with the INPI. The above protection relies on copyright and trade name rights. A trademark filing is recommended.

Rights to the content and edits generated by the user through Olympe AI's services are governed by the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale.
