Export & render
Prepare a render, inspect the final file and organise delivery.
Before you begin
- Approve the edit, text and sound before requesting the final render.
- Define destination, ratio and expected quality; check your plan’s capabilities.
Step by step
- 01
Choose settings
Start from the destination and source. Higher resolution does not restore missing detail; a different frame rate can change perceived motion.
- 02
Follow the render
Wait for processing to complete before retrieving the file. If delayed, check service status and record the project reference before retrying.
- 03
Approve the delivered file
Open the download in a separate player. Check picture, sound, duration and ending, then test it on the intended destination.
Practical example
Delivery: final file + language + ratio + version + approval date + reviewer name. A download link alone does not describe the deliverable.
Review checklist
- The video plays completely without errors.
- Language, ratio and version are correct.
- The delivered file matches the approved version.
Troubleshooting
Rendering appears stuck
Record its state, time and project reference. Avoid submitting repeated identical requests; consult the troubleshooting guide.
Output differs from the preview
Identify the first timestamp where the issue appears and compare export settings. Keep the affected version for diagnosis.
