The Olympe AI website, studio and videos are hosted with OVHcloud in Gravelines (GRA9 and GRA11), France. This location concerns video infrastructure; payment, sign-in and email data follow the separate services described below.

Which services are involved?

Stripe handles payments. Google and Microsoft are involved when you choose their sign-in option. Sweego (MINDBAZ) delivers transactional studio emails. A self-hosted Umami installation measures public page views with your consent. Google Analytics is a separate optional external service, loaded only after its own consent.

Are files used to train AI?

Customer videos, audio, images and renders are not reused to train, improve or evaluate AI models. Processing serves the requested edit. Users retain their rights and review the result before publishing.

What does the 30-day rule mean?

A storage rule expires organisation processing objects after 30 days. It does not cover every local file or older version. Deleting a project therefore does not alone prove removal of every copy. See the privacy policy for verified periods and limits.

How can people exercise their rights?

Email privacy@olympe-ai.fr or dpo@olympe-ai.fr with the account or project reference and your request. Do not send passwords. If your business requires a particular deletion period, request a written commitment and supporting verification.
